(ADPnews) - Sep 17, 2009 - Norwegian biotechnology company Aker BioMarine ASA (OSL:AKBM) said today it will borrow up to NOK 90 million (USD 15.4m/EUR 10.5m) from its main owner, industrial holding Aker ASA (OSL:AKER).
Initially, a loan of up to NOK 50 million will be drawn. The additional sum will be made available when Aker BioMarine has presented and received Aker's approval of a refinancing plan.
The collateral will be major company assets.
