("Pure Energy") (TSX:PSV) announced today that Brian Peters has stepped down as Pure Energy's Chief Financial Officer to pursue other career opportunities. During his tenure, Mr. Peters has made significant contributions to Pure Energy, including his assistance in the merger with and integration of Canadian Sub-Surface Energy Services Corp. ("CanSub").
