ATW Companies Inc. a leading provider of custom manufactured Metal Components and services, announces that Parmatech-Proform Corporation (Proform), has acquired the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) business of Morgan Advanced Ceramics, based in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Proform is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATW Companies of Warwick, Rhode Island. The acquisition will expand the MIM technology currently offered by Parmatech Corporation, an ATW Company based in Petaluma, CA.
