Fitch has upgraded its long-term national rating on Brazilian power generator AES Tiete to A+(bra) from A(bra), the ratings agency said in a research note.
The outlook is stable.
The revision follows a recent rating upgrade for sister company AES Eletropaulo, the main power buyer for AES Tiete, Fitch said.
