Denison Mines Corp. says it has plans for a new, 7,500-metre drill program on the Wheeler River property in the Athabasca Basin.
The 15-hole drill program is set to further define the high-grade Phoenix discovery made at the Athabasca Basin property earlier this year. The $1.5-million program, which has begun, will see eight holes drilled around a hole drilled earlier this year that intersected 62.6 per cent U3O8 over six metres, and four other holes in the area that intersected U3O8.
