Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia), Saudi Arabia's national airline, took the first step in fleet modernization by taking delivery of its first A320 aircraft from Alafco Aviation Lease and Finance Company (Alafco).

"Alafco is proud to provide the first of 13 A320 aircraft entering into Saudia service on operating lease. Alafco has taken delivery of 10 A320 from Airbus so far in 2009", said Ahmad Alzabin, Alafco Chairman and CEO.
