BANGLADESH POWER BOARD'S PROPOSED TARIFF HIKE STRONGLY OPPOSED
DHAKA - All the power sector stakeholders at a public hearing here Tuesday vehemently opposed the Bangladesh state-owned Power Development Boards (PDB) proposal to increase power tariff at the retail level by 24.31 per cent on average.
The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) held the hearing at its office in the city.
