Ukrainian car maker ZAZ cuts output 82% in 9 mths
KYIV. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Zaporizhiya Automobile Plant (ZAZ), Ukraine's biggest car maker, saw output plummet 81.8% year-on-year in January-September to 41,044 vehicles, the Ukravtoprom association said on its website.
ZAZ produced 39,354 cars, down 82.5% year-on-year; 1,616 trucks, down 58.3%; and 74 buses, down 86.3% year-on-year.
It produced 70% of Ukraine's automobiles in the period. ...
