Michelle's Miracle, Inc the leading provider of tart cherry nutraceutical products announced that it has closed its first tranche of Series A funding after raising approximately $750,000 in equity (see also Michelle's Miracle Inc).
Madison, Wisconsin-based Phenomenelle Angels Fund led the Series A round. Phenomenelle was joined by seed investors Fisher Properties of Muncie, Indiana, founders, prior investors and key suppliers. The funds are primarily earmarked for expansion of the management team, sales and marketing expenditures, and inventory purchases to facilitate growth in the rapidly expanding market for tart cherry nutraceutical and superfruit products. ...
