Adventure Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:ADVE), an energy exploration company with operations in the Appalachian Basin, announced that it has completed the acquisition of three wells and a 100 acre leasehold in the Columbia Quadrangle in Adair County, Kentucky. The Company will hold a 100% working interest, 87.5% net revenue interest in each well.
The wells were drilled between 1981 and 1985 to depths ranging between 1565 to 1605 feet total depth. When shut-in, the wells were producing between 2-3 BOD from the Knox formation. The Company intends to examine the e-logs to identify additional producing formations, re-enter each well with a work-over rig to bail any fluids, ...
