Windsor Foods, Inc. and Jim Beam[R] Bourbon have teamed up to create a fully cooked, ready-to-serve, gourmet chopped barbecue brisket to foodservice operators.
"We are excited about teaming up with Jim Beam again to bring another original recipe gourmet product to the marketplace," said Lorena Cantu, Asian and chili/BBQ product manager, Windsor Foods. "Jim Beam Chopped Barbecue Brisket is a very special product crafted with tender, smoked briskets that are chopped-not shredded-to impart a chunky texture. Then we smother it in a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce flavored with Jim Beam Bourbon."
