Colonial Properties Trust (NYSE: CLP) announced the pricing of its public offering of 10,530,000 of its common shares at a public offering price of $9.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,579,500 additional common shares to cover overallotments, if any. BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BB&T Capital Markets, Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Piper Jaffray and PNC Capital Markets LLC are acting as co-managers.
