Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA-/F1+' to the Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Trust II-R series 11797 reset option certificates (ROCs) and a rating of 'AA-' to the series 11797 reset option longs (ROLs). The long-term 'AA-' rating is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the Highlands County Health Facilities Authority, Florida, hospital revenue refunding bonds, series 2006G (Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Obligated Group), deposited into the Trust. The short-term 'F1+' rating is based on the shortfall liquidity agreement provided by Citibank, N.A.
