AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE:AME), a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, has acquired the assets of Unispec Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and Thelsha Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., two privately owned and affiliated businesses headquartered in Mumbai, India.
