TETON COUNTY, Idaho--Jul. 20--It's a sign of the times in the Teton Valley, literally.
A 4-by-8 foot sign standing along the edge of a pasture has become the centerpiece in a debate over development, agriculture, free speech and neighborliness in this fast-growing and picturesque alpine valley.
For Ken Dunn, his sign is just a caution to potential newcomers about the noise and stink of farming life, a way to head off complaints from people unaccustomed to the operations of a cattle ranch.
