Dennis Publishing is launching a paid-for iPhone app for lads' e-zine Monkey featuring models including Sophie Howard as publishers look to generate revenues from the channel.
The #1.79 app will feature Monkey Cam, allowing users to take a picture with the phone's camera overlayed with an image of a model. They can then post the picture to a social network or send it to Monkey to be considered for publication in the weekly digital magazine.
If it's successful then a similar app will be launched for Android and BlackBerry devices.
