College plan advances
NORTHBRIDGE - Administrators from Quinsigamond Community College met with more than 50 state, local, community and business leaders yesterday morning to begin laying the groundwork for a possible satellite campus in the Blackstone Valley.
Dale Allen, vice president for community engagement, said the college does not have significant up-front capital to invest in a new campus, but would be looking for federal funding and a lease agreement that would not only allow the college to grow, but perhaps lease to own.
