LAKEWOOD, Colo., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- North Star Exploration, Inc. has been organized to explore for mining properties in Alaska's mineral rich interior. Based in Lakewood, Colorado, North Star is currently a private company.

North Star's senior management team consists of Dr. Harold J. Noyes, President, and C. Brian Cramm, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Dr. Noyes has 25 years of international and domestic mining experience, 14 of which were in Alaska, managing mineral development programs for an Alaska- native corporation. He has a Ph.D. from MIT in geology and geochemistry.
