WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc. (RESPRO) will sponsor two comprehensive one-day seminars on the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) on November 3, 2009 in Denver, Colorado and on November 5, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois.
