Iran recently submitted a proposal to the P-5+1 (the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany), which is negotiating with Iran, two weeks before the UN General Assembly meetings scheduled later this month in New York, which Iran's President Ahmadi-nejad plans to attend. The Obama Administration has quickly and unconditionally accepted Iran's offer to talk based on this paper.
