Rose Associates, Inc. announced that it has recently executed a new 10-year lease with Rockwells Express for 2,362 s/f at 53 East Eighth Street, located between Broadway and University Place in Manhattan.
The restaurant, a fast casual version of Pelham, NY-eatery Rockwells American, is expected to open in early fall.
Bruce Spiegel and Bill Bergman of Rose Associates represented building owner Uniway Partners L.P. in the transaction. Paul Ficalora of Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
