SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 9, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Orestone Mining Corp. ("Orestone" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ORS) announces that it has entered into an arm's length letter agreement (the "Letter Agreement") dated October 8, 2009 with Intuitive Exploration Inc., a private British Columbia company ("Intuitive"), for the acquisition of 50% of Intuitive's interest in certain mineral exploration properties in the Skeena Mining Division, Stewart Gold Camp, in northwestern British Columbia and known as the Todd and Funk properties. Intuitive's interests in these properties are held pursuant to two option agreements.
