Russia/U.S. ABM system could be appropriate response to Obama decision - experts

Sept 21 (Interfax-AVN) - A joint missile defense system between Russia and the United States would be a rational response to the American decision not to deploy missile defense sites in Poland and the Czech republic, leading researcher of the International Security Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences' World Economy and International Relations Institute and former head of the Defense Ministry's Fourth Research Institute Maj.
