BATTLE CREEK, Mich., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- TIG Countrywide, the insurance company purchased from TIG Holdings as part of Nationwide's acquisition of TIG's independent agent personal lines operation, has been renamed Nationwide Insurance Company of America.
