FOR ANY self-respecting middle-class teen, it seems that no wardrobe is complete without at least one item of clothing from American Apparel.
Just ask the countless numbers of Irish who - pre-bust anyway - made trips across the pond to the label's numerous Manhattan stores, coming home laden down with bags of signature jersey hoodies, tank tops, dresses, jeans and leggings.
