Amoi to announce restructuring plan in November
Shanghai. October 9. INTERFAX-CHINA - Chinese handset maker Amoi Electronics Co. Ltd. will announce a restructuring plan in November in an effort to turn a profit this year and avoid getting delisted on the domestic A-share market, an industry insider close to the situation told Interfax on Oct. 9.
"Amoi hopes restructuring will help it remain listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange," said the insider, who asked to remain anonymous.
