Frequent shoppers expect to be rewarded for their business. That's a fact independent hardware retailers have to come to terms with as more and more retailers from all sides of the market offer reward programs for loyal customers. Do it Best Corp. launched its own Best Rewards[SM] program in 2005, and two years later launched a credit card program.
