PAJU, South Korea, Oct. 10 (Yonhap) -- A civic group in South Korea delayed an event scheduled for Saturday to send radios and propaganda leaflets by balloon to North Korea due to unfavorable wind conditions. The Fighters for Free North Korea (FFNK), consisting of activists and former North Korean defectors, has long been involved in sending anti-Pyongyang propaganda attached to balloons from along the inter-Korean border.
