ALI Mohammed won the Bahrain Road Runners (BRR) five-kilometre race on Thursday in Awali clocking 16 minutes and 51 seconds.
He finished nearly half-a-minute ahead of runner-up Redha Hussain (17:14).
Yahya Ali was third overall in 18:12, Reyadh Abdulkarim fourth in 18:16 and Bader Ali fifth in 19:21.
Catherine Abraham was the best finisher among women clocking 25:39, with Michele Ajaji following in 26:44. Kim Spicer was third in 33:00.
Winners of the different age categories included Saunders in the men's 40, Myatt in the men's 50, Ebrahim Mandeel in the men's 60, and iron man Mirza Al Sharif in the men's 75. There were no junior ...
