SOME of Wales' leading estate agents have called on the Government to overhaul a property tax scheme that costs house-buyers thousands of pounds.
In a poll conducted by the Western Mail, surveyors and homes professionals said that stamp duty should be abolished for first-time buyers and that a more incremental band system should be introduced.
