VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the promotion of Christopher L. Thiele as General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott Oceanfront South, Virginia Beach. The hotel features 113 guestroom and 28 suites, all with oceanfront views and balconies. In addition, the hotel offers a 950 square foot meeting room for meetings and events.
