A son of Mindanao, Attorney Nabil Tan, who has long been with the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), Monday assumed the helm at OPAPP, vowing to continue the government's peace processes with the country's various armed groups.Tan expressed his gratitude to President Arroyo "for her trust and confidence in me" as well as thanked former presidential adviser on the  peace process Avelino "Sonny" Razon Jr. for endorsing him to the President as his successor.Razon, who has finalized his plans to run for mayor of Manila next year, turned over the office to Tan at OPAPP Monday.After the turnover rites, Tan said his first order of business is ...
