GREENSBURG, Pa. -- For the fifth consecutive year, large commercial and industrial customers have rated Allegheny Power, the electric delivery business of Allegheny Energy, Inc. (NYSE:AYE), as the leader in customer satisfaction among utilities in the northeastern United States, according to TQS Research.
