Brazilian payment solutions developer Dbtrans has taken over compatriot teleprocessing firm and SAP channel partner Sistema Informatica in a 4mn-real (US$2.3mn) operation, online news source Baguete reported.
"This union will take advantage of business synergies from both organizations.
