Woods Bagot, one of the largest architecture firms in the world, is using acceleration technology from Blue Coat across its wide area network (WAN). The technology allows the firm to share large amounts of information internationally.

The firm has offices in Australia, Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, San Francisco and London, but prides itself on having no official headquarters.

When a project is won in any of those countries, the ability to share large amounts of information across its WAN allows the firm to marshal expertise from any office without any of the experts travelling.
