October 13, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX) said that a subsidiary of its Nies/Artcraft, Inc. unit has acquired certain assets of The Kohler Print Group and Pinnacle Press. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

St. Louis, Missouri-based Kohler Print Group is a commercial printing firm. Consolidated said that Kohler owners Kevin Kohler, Kent Kohler and Keith Kohler and certain other employees of the Kohler Print have joined Nies/Kohler.
