Dallas, Texas-based paper products company Kimberly-Clark Corporation has made clear its intention to continue to expand outside of the paper and paper and cardboard sector with its $324 million acquisition of I-Flow Corporation.
I-Flow, based in Lake Forest, California, was founded in 1985 and employs 1,260 employees. The company had $133 million in 2008 revenue. The pain management and drug delivery company's purchase price includes $276 million in cash and cash equivalents.
