PHILADELPHIA, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) announced today the execution of a ten-year lease with Teleport Communications Group Inc. ("TCG") for 143,000 square feet of office space. In connection with this lease, Corporate Office Properties will completely renovate this space which is located in the Company's Princeton Technology Center.
