NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Alto Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ALTO) ("Alto Group Holdings" or the "Company"), is pleased to report that Dr. Allan P. Juhas, Ph.D. has joined the Company in the capacity of Economic Geologist. Mr. Juhas will lead the team in preparing and completing various geological reports during the due diligence period on the Ghana West Africa Gold Project and report to Management as to the potential of the project.
