13 October 2009 - Norwegian oil minnow DNO International ASA (OSL: DNO) said Tuesday it agreed to sell up to six million shares in sector player Det norske oljeselskap ASA (OSL:DETNOR) to industrial group Aker ASA (OSL: AKER)

The transaction is structured as an unconditional sale of one million shares for NOK 49.90 per share, based on the closing price on the Oslo Stock Exchange on October 8 and a sale of another five million shares at the same price, conditional on the approval of the competition authorities.
