Oct 13, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Starhill Global REIT will buy the David Jones store in Perth from Centro Properties Group for almost $A115 million. It is Singapore-based Starhill's first Australian acquisition. It is a further indication of the health of the retail property sector in Western Australia.
