Oct 13, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A dispute between Redflex Holdings and three of its leading investors - Hunter Hall, Renaissance and Thorney - is likely to mar its annual general meeting on 19 November 2009. Bell Potter Securities' John O'Shea says the traffic systems group has solid fundamentals and expanding US operations. He predicts that adjusted net profit will climb 49 per cent in 2009-10, to $A14.3 million.
