An accountant/client business relationship has grown into a new joint venture that could mean $1.2 million in revenue for a start-up information technology firm based in Little Rock.

Moore Stephens Frost, a Little Rock-based accounting firm, and Custom MicroSystems Inc., a Little Rock-based technology firm, have formed Consolidated Information Services. The new joint venture will provide information technology services to businesses, tying all business processes with high-tech solutions.
