LONDON -- Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP, the firm recently established in London by international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, announced that Ewan Robertson will be joining the firm as a shareholder in its Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. The addition brings the number of lawyers in the rapidly growing firm to 20.
Robertson will join Greenberg Traurig Maher from Dundas & Wilson, where he was a partner in the Corporate Practice. His practice encompasses corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on transactional and projects work, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, particularly in the energy and real estate sectors.
