Officials say a Connecticut billboard depicting a baby drinking from a bottle of beer has caused precisely the stir among residents they intended.
The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services paid for the billboard, displayed in Deep River, Conn., to get out its message about underage drinking, WTNH-TV reported Tuesday.
The billboard also shows several teenagers with beer bottles in their hands and surrounded by empty beer bottles, the news agency reported.
