EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Oct 14, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Shear Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRM) ("Shear") today announced that it has agreed to acquire from Kaminak Gold Corporation ("Kaminak") all of the non diamond rights to the Churchill Diamond Project, Nunavut together with related datasets.
