CHELMSFORD, Mass. -- Further extending its leadership in workforce management, Kronos([R]) Incorporated today announced that it has acquired the assets of time and attendance software vendor Stromberg from Paychex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAYX) in a cash transaction.
