VANCOUVER, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) announced today it has secured an order for its energy saving technology that will be implemented in 50 convenience stores for the 7-Eleven Corporation in the Philippine capital of Manila.
