Connecticut-based Cenveo Inc. has officially purchased Nashua Corp., four months after the sale was first announced and two months after the settlement of a lawsuit that could have delayed the transaction.
Richard Burton, chief executive of Cenveo, said his firm had acquired the longtime paper product manufacturer, one of the city of Nashua's oldest companies, after shareholders approved the sale at a meeting.
Cenveo, based in Stamford, Conn., has yet to announce what, if any, changes will be made at Nashua Corp. It is unknown if the workforce will shrink or expand, or if the company's Nashua corporate office and Merrimack production plant will remain ...
