PepsiCo Bottling North America: Eric J. Foss, 51, was named chief executive of the new bottling unit, in anticipation of the early-2010 merger between the Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiAmericas. He currently serves as chairman and chief executive of the Pepsi Bottling Group.
Eaton & Van Winkle: Robert A. Rubenfeld, 61, joined the law firm as partner and chair of the real estate department. He comes from Todtman Nachamie Spizz & Johns, where he had been a partner.
TitleVest: Kathryn Colson, 37, joined the title insurance firm as a managing director of business development. She was formerly an associate at Greenberg Traurig.
